• Absolutely no illegal drugs, firearms or weapons allowed on board.
 
• No drunk or disorderly conduct will be tolerated.
 
• We deserve the right to decline or refuse any charter.
 
• Any violation of the rules or aggressive, disrespectful behavior towards the crew will
result in immediate termination of the charter.
 
• If the port is closed due the weather. The charter will be refunded or rescheduled at
no charge.
 
• Prices do not include docking fees or loading and unloading fees in other marinas.
 
• Prices include all fuel, bait, licenses, meals, snacks, beer, soft drinks and bottled water.
 
• Liquor and wine are not included, but available upon request for additional fee.
 
• Multiday charters require minimum 7 days reserve notice non refundable 30% deposit.
 
• All fishing charters and overnight charters are limited to six passengers.
 
• Dingy tender use is only permitted on multiday trips.
 
• All charters must be paid in full a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
 
• We need a list of all the names of the passengers, guests and fisherman 24 hours
before departure for fishing licenses and port captain clearance. No exceptions.
 
• Mexican law requires all guest to have fishing licenses regardless if fishing or not on all
fishing excursions.
 
• All guests must sign a liability waiver before departure.
 
• There is an additional charge of 100 dollars per person over six guests.
 
• There is a $250 service charge for clogged toilet.
 
• Cancelations are subject to refund or rescheduling at the owners’ s discretion.
 
• Cancelations due to mechanical failure will be refunded or rescheduled at no charge or
moved to similar vessel upon request.
 
• Guests are encouraged to bring music on mobile devices USB or CD’s to play onboard.
 
• We want all our clients to be happy and repeat customer’s. We will work to resolve
any issues within reason regarding rescheduling, refunds or services.
 
• 10 to 20 % crew gratuity suggested.
